Tzeentch Techmage - WH40K

I was trying to define a new type of Chaos Marine character, that was totally engulfed by Tzeentch Powers. I was thinking Magic, and Jinx, so with a Techpriest. Mind that this was long before the latest "installment" of the WH40K rules. I think somewhere around 2nd Edition.

The consept art is supposed to be a Tzeentch Techmarine slash Psycher slash Daemonic and bionic enhanced Special Character. Dont realy remember his name. But hes equipped with a Force Axe, and Power claws, Double Servoarms, Bionic legs and flamer.
