Here my least favorit Chaos Power got my attention. Khorne. I thought Khorne + Traitormarine, Techmarine should be cool. Well heres a result of the Conseptuall illustration.
The model is somekind of a Khorne Techmarine, with a buzzsaw (instead of servo arm, an extra Attack arm), twohanded poweraxe and a Powerclaw. Nasty.

That does look fantastic and is very appropriate for khorne.
The comment "first time for everything" isn't quite correct. In the VERY old "Realm of chaos" books, that is to say the "slaves to darkness" book which dealt with Khorne and Slaanesh, World Eaters had tech marines, librarians and medics. Tech marines took care of the war machines, Librarians had no powers but "kept score" of the kills and medics only extracted the geneseed and didn't do much healing. All were expected to take part in the slaughter on the battlefield of course.
(they also had stuff like lieutenants, lieutenant commanders, captains, chaplains, devastators and bolter marines etc.)
